ASME Code POSRV's with carbon steel & stainless construction, snap & modulating action pilots.
The F7000/8000 series features the first direct mount pilot valve with integral porting. The F8000
includes an annular flow plug to optimize the valve's flow capacity for the particular service conditions.
Other design features include: low profiles, inline repairability, minimal connections, back flow preventer
and field test connection as standard. Made in accordance with ASME Section VIII. Design provides for easy
convertability of orifice sizes, field adjustable.
Connections: 1" to 12" inlet
Set Pressures: 15 to 6000 Psig (ANSI 2500)
Temperature Range: -423 to +525°F

Pressure Systems P/L is proud to introduce the F7000/8000 Series of Pilot Operated Safety Relief Valves,
with Integral Module (IM) Construction. This new series provides the latest in relief valve safety,
reliability, and streamlined design, featuring the first direct mount pilot valve with integral porting.
As shown on the right, no tubing is required to activate the valve and relieve the system pressure. Finally,
a Tubeless Pilot Operated Safety relief valve!
Connections: 1" to 3" Flanged
Set Pressures: 1440 to 6000 Psig (ANSI 900 - 2500)

F70PR Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valves
Pilot operated pressure relief valves with aluminum or carbon steel construction, modulating action
pilots. A variety of soft seat materials (Buna-N, Viton, etc.) are available. Ideal for natural gas
regulator and meter protection, and positive displacement blower protection. Inline repairable. This
product provides high capacity flow rates.
Connections: 1.5"-12" inlet, flanged (1.5" FNPT)
Set Pressures: 10"wc to 285 Psig (ANSI 150)
Temperature Range: -65 to +400°F
